The Science of Fun
Despite it's apparent simplicity, the Crazy Towers game by Hape International is designed to offer variable levels of difficulty (challenge) that evolve in parallel with children's cognitive and fine motor skills (ability). This scientific approach to Toy Design assures that behind the fun looking exterior, our toys offer meaningful play experiences that grow with the child. Good toys are 'work tools' that empower children to reach their developmental milestones.
The game involves building a 3 floor tower and gradually moving the bamboo columns onto the top. Floors are added to increase the height of the tower. As it gets higher, the game becomes exponentially more challenging. Initially the child will have a sense of achievement to reach say level 4. But they then wish to reach level 5, then 6, then 7... In theory it's possible to reach level 10 but that will be a challenge even for Mum and Dad !!
How high can you go?
